What You're Getting Into
- 10 minutes of actual work. 30 minutes of waiting. That's the whole time commitment.
- Tastes like a peanut butter cup decided to become a snack you could eat at your desk without judgment.
- The collagen is optional but easy. The second one is not optional.
About the Star Ingredient: BNutty Peanut Butter Cup peanut butter tastes exactly like its name — creamy peanut butter with a genuine chocolate situation happening. When you roll it into little balls with oats and honey and chocolate chips it becomes something that feels like dessert but is technically a snack. We love a technicality.

The Recipe
Makes about 18 balls · Prep: 10 minutes · Refrigerate: 30 minutes · Effort level: genuinely minimal
What You Need:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup BNutty Peanut Butter Cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 scoop Java Momma Feeling Fine Collagen Peptides (optional but easy)
What You Do:
- Dump everything into a bowl. Stir until it comes together. It will look like a mess and then suddenly not be a mess. Trust the process.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes. This is not optional — warm peanut butter balls are a different and worse experience.
- Roll into balls about the size of a tablespoon. A cookie scoop makes this faster if you have one.
- Put them back in the fridge for another 15 minutes to firm up, or eat one immediately because you've earned it.
- Store in the fridge in a container for up to a week. They won't last that long.
The Variations (Because You're Going to Make These More Than Once)
- Make them more chocolatey: Add a tablespoon of cocoa powder to the mix. You're welcome.
- Make them crunchier: Use crunchy peanut butter or add a handful of chopped peanuts.
- Make them fancier than they need to be: Melt a little chocolate and drizzle it over the top after they firm up. Now they look intentional.
- Make them with whatever nut butter is open on your counter: The recipe works with any of the BNutty flavors. Blueberry is a weird choice that somehow works. Pretzel peanut butter is an excellent choice. Unicorn Poop from Blind Side Nut Butters is a choice you will have to explain to your children.
A Word About the Collagen:
If you're new to the Feeling Fine Collagen Peptides — it's unflavored, grass-fed bovine collagen that dissolves completely into whatever you're making. You add it, you stir, it disappears. No chalky texture, no weird aftertaste, no changes to the recipe. Just a scoop of protein quietly doing its job while you pretend you meal prepped. One scoop per batch. That's it. That's the whole instruction.
No-bake. 10 minutes. Tastes like a peanut butter cup decided to become something you could eat at your desk without judgment. Make a batch on Sunday and feel like you have your life together for at least three days.
