Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp London Haze Tea
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 3–4 orange slices, plus zest for garnish

Method

  1. Sprinkle sugar evenly in the bottom of a saucepan. Lay orange slices over the sugar.
  2. Heat over medium until sugar melts and oranges caramelize to light golden brown. Flip once or twice.
  3. Lower heat to warm. Slowly add milk, stirring gently to dissolve sugar and break up orange slices.
  4. Heat until small bubbles form around the edges. Remove from heat.
  5. Add London Haze Tea to a mason jar or heatproof container.
  6. Pour the warm milk mixture over tea. Stir and steep 3–4 minutes.
  7. Strain into mug. Garnish with orange zest.
