How to Brew

Drip: Medium grind, 2 tablespoons per 6 oz of water.

It tends to be, and there are a few reasons for that. We air-roast all of our coffee, which circulates heat evenly around the bean rather than scorching it against a hot surface. We also use a Brazilian bean base, which is naturally lower in acidity, and a medium roast. No guarantees, because everyone's different, but if coffee and your stomach have had a complicated relationship, this is a reasonable place to start.
Is The Cookie Tin available in decaf?
Yes. The Cookie Tin is available in decaf, with the same flavor and the same air-roasted process, just without the caffeine. Our decaf uses the Mountain Water Process, which skips the harsh chemical solvents. Same great cup, any time of day.
What's the difference between the bag and the single-serve pods?
Same coffee, different format. The bag, whole bean or ground, gives you flexibility on grind and brew method. The single-serve pods come in 12-count boxes compatible with Keurig 1.0 and 2.0 machines, grab-and-go with no measuring required.
