Mexican Flan Flavored Coffee
Dessert for breakfast. You've earned it.
Traditional flan is creamy, caramel-soaked, and wholly unreasonable before noon. This coffee is not. Same flavors, zero prep, and it fits in your to-go mug. Mexican Flan is a medium roast naturally flavored with the taste of vanilla custard and caramel — the kind of cup that turns your Tuesday morning into something you actually looked forward to. No spoon, no occasion, no guilt required.
If you've been staring down a plain cup of coffee wishing it would do more — this is the pivot.

- Limited seasonal release — no guarantees it sticks around
The Beans
Mexican Flan starts with 100% Arabica beans roasted to a medium profile — enough body to hold up to the flavoring, smooth enough to drink black. The caramel and vanilla custard notes come from natural flavoring applied after roasting, not from the roast itself. What you taste is intentional, not accidental.

Nutritional Info
Black coffee is essentially zero-calorie — what you add to it is your business. The flavoring in this coffee contains no sugar and no sweeteners. No added carbohydrates, naturally keto-friendly. Gluten free. No dairy in the flavoring.
Note: Nutritional values are for brewed black coffee only and do not include milk, creamer, or other additions.
How to Brew
Mexican Flan is solid across most brew methods. Drip is the everyday workhorse. French press gives you a fuller body and a slightly richer caramel note. Cold brew over ice is genuinely good — dessert energy, no oven required. A splash of cream or oat milk will lean the vanilla custard flavor forward if that's your thing.
Drip: Standard ratio (1–2 tbsp per 6 oz water)
French Press: Coarse grind, 4-minute steep
Cold Brew: Coarse grind, 12–24 hours cold steep, dilute to taste
Single Serve: Compatible with Keurig 1.0 and 2.0 machines (12 cups per box)
FAQ
Does it taste sweet even without adding sugar?
Yes — the natural flavoring gives it a caramel-vanilla character that reads as sweet without any added sugar or sweetener. How "dessert-y" it tastes will depend on your brew strength and what you add to it.
Can I drink it black?
Absolutely. The medium roast gives it enough body to drink straight. Black is a perfectly reasonable choice — you're just skipping the caramel color, not the flavor.
Is it actually a limited release?
Yes. Cinco de Mayo coffees are seasonal. When they're gone, they're gone. No dramatic countdown, just an honest heads-up.
What's the difference between the bag and the K-Cups?
Same coffee, different format. The bag gives you flexibility on grind and brew method. The K-Cups are 12-count boxes compatible with Keurig 1.0 and 2.0 machines — grab-and-go with no measuring required.
Do you offer a decaf version?
Yes — Mexican Flan is available in decaf. Same flavor, same air-roasted process, just without the caffeine. Our decaf uses the Mountain Water Process, which skips the harsh chemical solvents. All the flan, none of the 2am regrets.
Is this coffee easy on the stomach?
It tends to be, and there are a few reasons for that. We air-roast all of our coffee — unlike drum roasting, air roasting circulates heat evenly around the bean rather than scorching it against a hot surface, which generally produces a smoother, gentler cup. We also use a Brazilian bean base, and Brazilian beans are naturally lower in acidity thanks to the growing altitude and processing methods used there. Add a medium roast to the mix — longer roast time means less of the compounds that can irritate a sensitive stomach — and you've got a cup that tends to sit a lot easier than most. No guarantees, because everyone's different, but if coffee and your stomach have had a complicated relationship, this is a reasonable place to start.
