How to Brew
Drip / Auto-Brewer: 1–2 tbsp per 6 oz water. Standard grind. This is your lowest-effort path and it works great.
Pour-Over: Medium-fine grind. Water off boil by ~30 seconds. Bloom 30 seconds, then slow pour. The flavor opens up nicely here.
French Press: Coarse grind. 4 minutes steep. Press slow. Toffee flavor really shows up.
K-Cup: Drop it in, press brew. We don't judge.
Pro Move: Try it with a splash of half-and-half and absolutely nothing else. The brown sugar notes do the rest.
