The original. Still the one.
This is where the cold brew pod lineup started. Stand Tall was the first one — built to be the perfect base, unflavored, straightforward, and good enough to drink straight or take in whatever direction you want. No caramel swirl required. No fancy additions needed. Just smooth, bold cold brew that does exactly what cold brew is supposed to do.
Each pack includes four mesh steeping pods. Drop one in cold water the night before, pull it out in the morning, and you've got cold brew that cost you about forty-five seconds of actual effort. The rest was just waiting. Air-roasted to order, 100% Arabica. No equipment, no mess, no reasons not to.

The Beans
Stand Tall is an unflavored cold brew blend — 100% Arabica, roasted specifically to perform in a cold steep rather than a hot brew. Cold brewing extracts differently than heat does: lower acidity, longer extraction time, naturally sweeter finish without any added sugar. The roast profile is calibrated for that process — bold enough to hold up through a long cold steep, smooth enough that there's nothing sharp on the back end.
Roast level: Medium/Dark. Blend type: Unflavored cold brew blend. Bean origin: Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia. Format: Mesh steeping pods, 4 per pack (50 grams each). Not available in whole bean or ground.
Nutritional Info
Black cold brew is essentially zero-calorie — what you add is your call. Stand Tall contains no added sugar, no sweeteners, and no added carbohydrates. No flavoring of any kind. Naturally keto-friendly as a factual product spec.
No gluten added — not a dedicated gluten-free facility. If you have a severe gluten sensitivity or celiac disease, please factor that in before purchasing.
How to Brew
The standard steep: Drop one mesh pod into 5 cups of cold water. Steep in the refrigerator for 12 to 18 hours. Remove the pod. Serve over ice or straight from the jar.
Concentrate method: Use less water for a stronger concentrate — pour over ice or dilute with water or milk to taste. Good if you like the flexibility to control strength without adjusting steep time.
Hot: Cold brew concentrate can be heated gently if you want a hot cup from the same batch. It won't taste the same as hot-brewed coffee — the extraction is different — but it works.
A note on steeping time: 12 hours is the minimum for full extraction. 18 hours is the sweet spot for most. Beyond 24 hours the flavor profile starts to flatten — not bitter, just muted. No prize for steeping longer.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions about Stand Tall Cold Brew Pods
How do I make cold brew with these pods?
Drop one mesh pod into 5 cups of cold water and steep for 12 to 18 hours — in the fridge or on the counter. Then remove the pod and serve over ice. That's it. No machine, no filter, no cleanup beyond pulling out the pod. The mesh contains everything; your water stays clean.
Are these the same as K-Cup pods?
No — these are a completely different format. A K-Cup is a hard plastic single-serve cup for a Keurig machine. Stand Tall pods are mesh steeping sachets — more like a tea bag for cold brew. They go directly into cold water and steep slowly over several hours. No Keurig, no brewer, no equipment of any kind required.
How long do the pods keep?
The pods are sealed fresh after roasting. Store them in a cool, dry place and they'll stay at their best for several months. Check the bag for the specific best-by date.
Can I adjust the strength?
Yes — two ways. Use less water for a stronger concentrate, more water for a lighter cup. Or adjust the steep time within the 12–18 hour window: shorter steep pulls a bit lighter, longer pulls a bit bolder. Most people find 16 hours in the fridge hits the right balance, but it's worth running a few batches to find what works for how you drink it.
Is this coffee easy on the stomach?
Cold brew is generally easier on the stomach than hot-brewed coffee — the cold extraction process produces significantly lower acidity than heat brewing does. Add air roasting, which tends to produce a smoother cup than drum roasting regardless of brew method, and Stand Tall tends to sit well for most people. No guarantees, because everyone's different, but if acidity is your issue with coffee, cold brew is worth trying.
Is this coffee keto-friendly?
Yes — black cold brew has zero sugar, zero sweeteners, and no added carbohydrates. Stand Tall is unflavored, so there's nothing added at all. Naturally keto-friendly as a factual product spec, not a lifestyle claim.
What else pairs well with Stand Tall?
As an unflavored base it goes with almost anything — splash of cream, a flavored simple syrup, oat milk, whatever you're working with.
