The Beans
Most coffee is 100% Arabica. Momma's Revenge isn't, and that's the point. The 85% Arabica component — sourced from Brazil and India — provides the smooth, balanced base and the depth of flavor you'd expect from a medium and dark roast blend. The 15% Robusta is what makes this coffee different. Robusta beans have roughly twice the caffeine of Arabica and produce a fuller, denser body with a natural richness that Arabica can't quite match on its own. The combination is more complex and more caffeinated than either origin would be alone.

How to Brew
Auto Drip: 1 to 2 tablespoons per 6 oz of water. Medium grind. The full body and extra caffeine come through clearly at standard brew strength — no need to overbrew it.
French Press: 1 tablespoon per 4 oz of water, coarse grind. Steep 4 minutes, press slow. Full immersion suits the Robusta component well — the body comes through fully and the blend's richness is at its best.
Cold Brew: 1 cup coarsely ground coffee to 4 cups cold water. Steep 12–24 hours in the fridge, then strain. The extra caffeine concentrates well cold — a solid option for iced coffee drinkers who want more from their cup.
