Founded in 2004 by Frances Turner, Northwest Biscotti has come a long way from its early stages in our kitchen. When Frances first started, her passion for baking drove her to experiment with different cookie recipes and finally develop her own unique recipe and twist of her favorite Italian treat, biscotti!

We're dedicated to baking the best biscotti, focusing on flavor, unique texture, and of course, dunk-ability. Frances has created a unique style of biscotti that stands apart from the typical bland-hard-industrial-processed biscotti. Our small bakery retail shop is in Marysville, WA.
