1. Purpose

The Java Momma Fundraising Program exists to support goodwill and community causes — not personal financial gain. It is intended for legitimate schools, teams, clubs, and community organizations raising funds for a specific, stated purpose.

2. Eligibility

The Program is open to schools, sports teams, clubs, and community organizations raising funds for a stated group purpose. Organizations are not required to hold 501(c)(3) or other formal nonprofit status. All applications are reviewed individually, and Java Momma reserves the right to approve or deny any fundraiser application for any reason. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

3. Application & Approval

Applicants apply through the fundraiser sign-up form, providing organization information, a campaign description and photo, campaign dates, and optionally a list of participants. Java Momma will review each application and notify the applicant of approval or denial. Approved organizations must complete a Form W-9 through Java Momma's secure affiliate portal before their fundraiser page is published.

4. Tax Documentation (W-9 / 1099-NEC)

Because Java Momma pays approved organizations directly, federal law requires a completed Form W-9 on file before any fundraiser goes live, regardless of anticipated sales volume. If an organization's total payments from Java Momma reach $600 or more within a calendar year, Java Momma is required to issue that organization a Form 1099-NEC. If total payments remain under $600 for the calendar year, no Form 1099-NEC is issued and no further tax documentation is required — the W-9 already on file is sufficient. Either way, this requirement does not affect the organization's payout amount.

5. Payout Structure

Approved organizations earn a percentage of sales made through their unique fundraiser link during the approved campaign period, at the rate confirmed at the time of approval. [Insert finalized rate: 25%, increasing to 30% once total campaign sales exceed $___] Payouts are issued by check after the campaign period ends, calculated from completed, non-refunded orders placed through the organization's fundraiser link during the approved dates.

6. Campaign Duration

Organizations select a start date and duration when applying. Java Momma recommends a campaign length of two to four weeks. Extensions may be requested but are not guaranteed.

7. Custom Blend (Optional)

Approved organizations that submit a logo during application can receive a  Custom Blend design — a Java Momma coffee product labeled with the organization's name and logo — at Java Momma's discretion. This bonus applies to coffee only and is not guaranteed for every approved fundraiser. Requesting or receiving a Custom Blend does not affect payout terms.

8. Product Fulfillment

Orders placed through a fundraiser link ship directly to the purchaser's address using Java Momma's standard fulfillment process and timelines. Java Momma ships within the United States only. Standard Java Momma return, refund, and customer service policies apply to all fundraiser orders.

9. Organization Responsibilities

By participating, an organization agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information about the organization and its fundraising purpose
  • Use the fundraiser link and any provided materials solely for the stated fundraising purpose
  • Not misrepresent the fundraiser, Java Momma, or the payout structure to supporters
  • Comply with any laws applicable to charitable or organizational fundraising in their jurisdiction

This Program is not intended for personal financial gain. Java Momma reserves the right to suspend or cancel any fundraiser, and to withhold payout, if it determines in its sole discretion that these Terms have been violated.

10. Participants

Organizations may optionally add individual participants (such as team members) to their campaign, each of whom may receive a personal fundraiser link. Organizations are responsible for participants they add and for how those participants represent the fundraiser.

11. Changes to the Program

Java Momma may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Fundraising Program, these Terms, or any specific fundraiser at any time.

12. No Guarantee of Results

Java Momma makes no guarantee regarding the amount any organization will raise through this Program. Participation is voluntary and at the organization's own discretion.
