This process involves careful handling, constant spreading, raking and turning around in regular intervals. The beans absorb moisture and get significantly larger, turning a yellow, almost golden color. Monsooned beans have a thick texture. Then, these unique beans are naturally decaffeinated and brought to our roaster. Artisan roasted with care and perfection, Indian Monsoon Malabar in your mug.
