When will my order ship?

Great question. We roast our coffee fresh, which is what makes our coffee the best. With that, once the order is paid for we will ship it in 7-10 business days.

How do i track my package?

If you go back into your order there will be a shipping tab. In there you will find a shipping number. You should also recieve an email that will tell you that the order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

I want to shop with multiple Baristas

If you would like to shop with multiple Baristas you will need to have a separate email account for each one. If you are simply wanting to change your barista as you are not working with your current one you may submit a ticket below and put in a request.

How do I redeem my Java Momma Gift Certificate?

Step 1
Log into your customer account at https:JavaMomma.com. If you checked out as a guest we have created a username and temporary password for you. Your username will be your email address before the @ symbol. Your Password is your First Name (Capitalized) with 1! At the end (Example: Bonnie1!) you will have the option to reset your password here: https://javamomma.com/forgot-password.
If you did not receive an email with your gift certificate code you can log into your customer account. Once you have logged into your customer account under the menu tab select My orders. You’ll see your gift card number in your order history.

Step 2
Get ready to shop! Add items to your shopping cart as you normally would, select Checkout.

Step 3
Enter your payment information, as well as your shipping address, agree to the return policy and select continue with this information.

Step 4
Verify the information is correct, and select your event and host if you have one. . At the bottom of the payment screen select Redeem gift card. Enter your gift card code and click Verify.You can not use partial card balances, it will use your full gift card.You can now check out.. If there is a balance after your gift certificate has been redeemed it will charge the payment method from step 3.

Step 5
Watch your mailbox! In 7-10 business days your Java Momma package will arrive!

How do the monthly subscriptions work?

Aren’t our subscriptions awesome? When you order your subscription box you will receive it the following month. For example – you will pay in September for Octobers subscriptions, (picks, sips, mug). The mug will ship on the 7th of October, Momma’s Picks will ship on October 10th, and Momma’s sips will ship on October 20th. This why you will see the theme early. In September you will see a “Halloween” theme. This applies to every month.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

You cannot change your order after it is placed. Please see the return policy for more information.

WHERE IS YOUR COFFEE GROWN? IS IT ORGANIC OR FAIR TRADE?
The single origin is in the name. Guatemalan, Brazil, Sumatra, etc. Blends are blends of all of those. No coffee is grown in the US because of our climate. Our coffee is direct trade or fair trade but it carries no certification because the we, the farmer, or anyone through the chain of supply may not carry the certification.
 
ARE THE FLAVORED COFFEES MADE WITH ARTIFICAL OR NATURAL INGREDIENTS

The flavored coffees are made with a proprietary blend of natural and artificial ingredients that (laboratory certified) contain no gluten or allergens.

ARE THERE ANY SUGARS OR ARTIFICAL SWEETNERS OR DAIRY IN YOUR COFFEE?

Our coffees do not contain any sugars, dairy or artificial sweeteners. 

ARE YOUR COFFEES GLUTEN FREE?

Yes! While our coffee does not contain any gluten we do have pre packaged items that contain gluten.

HOW LONG DOES COFFEE STAY FRESH?

Whole bean coffee is always best if you have a grinder. These beans can stay fresh upwards of 6 months. Ground coffee with want to be used within 1-2 weeks for maximum freshness.

WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

Within in 15 days you will want to head back to your order and use the return button to initiate the return process. Please refer to our return policy HERE.

FRIENDLY REMINDERS FOR A QUICK & EFIECENT EXPERIENCE.

1) Please ensure that when placing your order, that your shipping address is correct and in the proper format.
2) If you have recently moved, please make sure you update your change of address with the USPS. This will prevent items from being held or improperly delivered.
3) Keep your mail box clear. Make sure that you always check your mail, so that the postal worker has ample room to deliver your items.
4) Most importantly, provide a safe delivery space. All too often these days, Porch Pirates scan neighborhoods and steal visible packages right off of doorsteps. Providing a secure location will aid in preventing this occurrence.

MY USPS SAYS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT DO I DO?

We understand how frustrating this can be. If you received a notification that your items were delivered, but you have not received your package, please take the following steps:

1. Contact your local USPS office (not the national hotline) immediately. Sometimes, your items may have been delivered on the wrong porch or in the wrong mailbox, and since our packages are insured, USPS is liable. Contacting your local office as soon as possible is essential in making sure that, if your item was delivered improperly, it can be retrieved by your postal carrier and be scheduled for redelivery.
2. Once you have proactively contacted the USPS office, wait 24 hours. It happens fairly often that tracking is updated prematurely, and your items will show up within the next 24 hours.
3. If your items have still not been delivered, it’s time to file a claim with the USPS or the police department if you believe your items have been stolen. Please retain your claim and/or police report numbers, as these are essential in helping us to best serve you and provide any assistance we can. 

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped by Java Momma, it is the responsibility of the USPS to successfully deliver your package. The delivery confirmation you receive from Java Momma serves as official notice that the order we shipped to your address has been confirmed as delivered by the USPS. After receiving the official word from USPS that the item has been delivered, Java Momma cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
In the instance where a package does not reach a delivered status after 2 weeks, Java Momma will file a claim with USPS and come to a resolution. When filing these claims, it can take up to 14 business days to reach a determination, and once determination is made we will contact you with arrangements for a refund or replacement.

FAQ
Q: Why can’t you file the claim for me?  A: As much as we would love to do this, once an item is documented as delivered by the USPS, we are unable to file a claim. As the recipient, you are the only one who can effectively claim you did not receive the items that the USPS has stated they delivered.  We will, however, file any claim for an item that has not reached delivered status.
 
Q: What happens if USPS denies my claim?  A: If USPS denies your claim, please retain the claim number. The USPS has determined that the package was delivered to the address listed on the label. This often means that you were victim of a theft, and a police report will need to be filed. Please keep us up to date on this, and if there is anything we can do to assist, we will help you. 
 
Q: What happens if USPS approves my claim? A: If USPS approves your claim, you will be issued an insurance payment from USPS based on the value of your purchase.

You might start to experience longer than usual email and chat response times from our support team. We’re seeing an influx of customer inquiries and we’re doing our best to answer each question quickly and thoughtfully.

Before contacting us about your orders, keep in mind that like many others in the industry, our fulfillment times are slower than usual for some product categories.
