Take 2 cups of your favorite brewed Java Momma Coffee (hot) and stir in 2 Tbsp Demerara Sugar or Honey.

Cool to lukewarm and pour into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer.

With a fork, every ½ hour, remove coffee ice and scrape/break up mixture, making it “shaved”.

Repeat until the entire mixture resembles crystalized snow. About 2 hrs.

Spoon your coffee granita into a glass and serve with a drizzle of sweet cream and a dollop of whipped cream.
