Where do I start?

This is one of the biggest questions I know I asked myself and I bet you are, too! It is much easier to keep on your keto plan if you have these basics in your kitchen. Now remember, this list is not all-inclusive but it is a great head start and the perfect list for those just beginning this keto journey.

Why doesn’t this list have every possible thing?

I believe in keeping it basic at the beginning. You don’t want to overwhelm yourself with all these fancy flours and premade keto items just yet. Get your body used to eating foods you probably already do and then you can slowly add in those later! So shall we get right to it?
